The team was reportedly going to discuss Besigye on the strategy of legally challenging the Saturday 20th presidential election results.

Earlier in the morning, the police commanded by Andrew Felix Kaweesi blocked the Forum for Democratic Change Chairman Wasswa Biriggwa, President Mugisha Muntu and party lawyers from accessing Besigye’s house.

It is also understood that Kampala Lord Mayor Salongo Erias Lukwago, who was travelling with several opposition Members of Parliament and Councilors were blocked from seeing Besigye this afternoon.
