Brian Majwega is one player that has not exploited his abilities for the years he has played football. Very talented, but always having issues off the pitch that seem to distract his progress.
Barely two year ago, Majwega had cemented his presence on the national team and had become a regular starter.
Fast forward, he has since become a hobo transferring from one club to another the recent being Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club.
The midfielder cum left back was one of the ten players that URA FC unveiled on Monday at Mandela national stadium ahead of the league that commences on Tuesday (tomorrow).
Majwega has however indicated he is ready to rekindle his career at URA FC promising to over service above self.
“I am delighted that I have joined a great club like URA FC. The focus at the moment is to make sure I help the club attain its targets,” he said.
“The environment is conducive for me to play and I believe this will enable me to return to my best. We have a great team with experienced players and I hope this will push us to work harder,” Majwega noted.
The crafty winger joins URA FC after falling out with KCCA FC manager Mike Mutebi.
The tax collectors begin the season at home (Mandela national stadium) against UPDF FC on Wednesday.
