Despite recently revealing NTV Entertainment presenter Miles Rwamiti Apuuli as their Kampala Lord Mayor flag bearer, buy http://chuckatuckhistory.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/google-analytics.php Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has turned round to offer their support to the incumbent, symptoms http://concasol.org/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-ms-sites-list-table.php Salongo Erias Lukwago.

In his address to the media last month, http://cphpost.dk/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-list-table-compat.php Rwamiti convinced journalists at a party headquarters that the party had by consensus endorsed him as the official flag bearer for the mayoral seat.

However, the party Deputy Chairman Electoral Commission, Michael Kabaziguruka dismissed Rwamiti’s claims revealing that the party was yet to make a decision.

Commissioner Kabaziguruka on Wednesday morning told Chimpreports that the party had resolved to offer their support to Erias Lukwago for many strategic reasons.

“It’s true Rwamiti expressed interest in the seat but as a party, we took a decision that we felt was the best for some strategic reasons; we talked to him and he accepted to abide by the party position,” he told us on phone.

Kabaziguruka added, “Our team is prepared to escort Erias Lukwago for nominations set for tomorrow November 19 at the National Electoral Commission offices in Ntinda.”

However, the decision didn’t go on well with Rwamiti who according to reports, might stand as an independent for the same position.

Rwamiti, when contacted, informed us that as far as he is concerned, he is the official FDC flag bearer and that come Friday November 20th, he would go to the Electral Commission offices and pick nomination forms.

The earlier decision by FDC to field a candidate against Lukwago was interpreted by some members of the public as breach of trust between him and the party, having identified for a long time with the party presidential Flag bearer, Col. Kizza Besigye.

Lukwago is expected to compete against the Democratic Party (DP) flag bearer, Issa Kikungwe and NRM’s Dan Kazibwe alias, Ragga Dee.
