Police in Kiruhura have arrested three suspected large scale suppliers of marijuana in over 6 districts in Uganda.

These confessed to police that started planting marijuana about two years ago and have been supplying it majorly though their boss, a one Sajja Mohhammed who is on the run.
They said their markets are in Masaka, Kampala, Mbarara, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and other areas.
Police today destroyed up to 4 acres of the illegal drug planted by the suspects.
The district police commander Kiruhura Moses Byaruhanga condemned the practice and revealed that they are tracing the gang leader who should lead them to more elements in the syndicate.
