The stadium currently hosts another topflight side Sadolin Paints FC.
While speaking to ChimpSport, advice club public relations officer, Paul Kulumba revealed the move was partly influenced by FUFA’s advice against housing games at the school premises.
“We wanted much to play at school and all the plans for putting the perimeter fence and working about the stadium were almost done before we even concluded the big league,” Kulumba revealed.
He further noted, “However when we presented our final plans to FUFA, they advised us against the idea considering the fact football has wild/excited fans who can distort normalcy.”
The club director, Madam Diana Nyago, though reluctant to the idea consented thus the shift.
Several friendly matches are in the pipeline as per the PRO to help the clubs acclimatize to the stadium ahead of the league kick off expected in August.
“We want to get used to it and we will play more friendlies as we want so that our boys get used to it.”
Kirinya Jinja SS claimed the Fufa big league crown following their magnificent 2-0 display over West Nile side Onduparaka FC in the finals.
Both teams qualified directly after topping the Rwenzori and Elgon groups.
Proline FC is the third team climbing the ladder after emerging victors in the playoffs.
