Tembo says that his sect called Nyangakibo does not accept persons being immunized because they do not use drugs but, only pray for healing.

“The two will be charged for sabotaging government programs as the constitution of Uganda says, about the rights of children under section 34,” said Phillip Mukasa the police’s region spokesperson.

Meanwhile parents in areas of Maganjo, Matuuga, and Kawempe through a concerned parent of 4, Edith Namirembe, have asked that the exercise is extended because many of the families had missed out.

She also adds that, the ministry of health should alert them on the way the people carrying out the exercise have put on to avoid masqueraders who may turn out to be wrong people.

She said in her petition dated January 15 that “statements produced and shown to me and marked with the letter as relate to my own acts and deeds are true, and such of the statement as relate to the acts and deeds of any other person or persons I believe to be true.”

The legal battle is likely to trigger huge media interest considering that Kigongo is thought to be attracted to the stunning NTV news presenter, Faridah Nakazibwe. Olive is likely to present evidence to prove this accusation.

The court sessions will as well blow the lid off the private lives of politically powerful family.

Olive heads the Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and proprietor Amagara Skin Care products.
