Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has been dragged to the Commercial Court for failure to pay a 1.5 billion shillings debt to an advertising company, this search http://cocktaildream.be/wp-includes/registration.php Jevi Media solutions which was contracted to beautify the Watoto Church intersection along Kampala road.

Jevi says it completed the works with a water fountain, raised stone walls, light spaces and digital advertising tools and in March 2013, KCCA officially inaugurated the leisure park and it’s now open for use to the public.
However, since then a contractual fee has never been paid by KCCA despite repeated demands.
The company also accuses KCCA of not allowing it to use the digital advertising tools as per the agreement signed by the 2 companies thus leading to loss of investment income amounting to over 2 billion shillings.
Jevi now wants court to compel KCCA pay the said money because its business has come to a standstill.
The Court registrar Thaddeus Opesene has ordered KCCA to respond to these allegations within 15 days.
