Kasirye’s Hattrick Settles Fierce Kigali Derby

The Bible verse in Psalms 118:21-23 reads, view “21-I will give you thanks, viagra for you answered me; you have become my salvation. 22- The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; 23- the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes.”

The above inspirational lines could be running in the minds of Rayon Sports FC and Uganda’s Davies Kasirye’s fans after the burly striker hit a superb hattrick to gift the giants a memorable win over their eternal archrivals APR FC on Tuesday at the Amahoro stadium.

Kasirye who had earlier been rendered excess by BUL FC, SCVU, Express and URA now leads the Rwanda Premier League scorers chart.

The Game.

The striker unlocked the match just after eight minutes of play with a bullet header from a cross.

Kasirye registered his second in the half hour mark with a clinical dribble past APR Centre backs before sending in a wonder strike beyond Jean Claude Ndoli’s reach.

The Ugandan finished paid off for the match day ball with another finish towards the end of the game. Earlier on Malian Ismail Diarra had put in the fourth.

The two most successive teams in the country had played to a barren result in the first round game in October 2015.

The win sends the blues to 54 points, one below the defending champions with a game still at hand as the league entered the final third.

Golden boot race

Kasirye moves to joint top with SC Kiyovu’s Andre Lomami both with a dozen while Hakizimana Muhadjili of Mukura is two shy.
