The trio had rushed to the same court seeking bail on grounds that it is their constitutional right, viagra 40mg http://christchurchcathedral.org.au/wp-includes/class-wp-ajax-response.php and also promising not to abscond.
In a fully parked court house, the accused presented sureties that included Ofxam International Boss Eng. Winnie Byanyima, Hon. Ghad Kasatura, Moses Karuhanga, Edith Byanyima, Martha Byanyima, Peter Muhinda, Stella Karuhanga, Kaijuka Kanyamunyu and Julius Kanyamunyu.
But High Court’s Justice Elizabeth Kabanda refused to grant them bail and sent them back to Luzira.
Among other reasons, the judge went with the State Prosecution’s assertion that there were no exceptional circumstances that would guarantee them bail.
Such exceptional circumstances would be if the accused were of old age or too sick to be accommodated in prison.
The judge also pointed out that Joseph Kanyamunyu and Cynthia Munwangari had no fixed places of abode in court’s jurisdiction, which made them likely to skip bail.
Details on this will follow later.
