Museveni used many proverbs to sensitize residents at different rallies held Wednesday at Kagadi Model Primary School in Kagadi Town Council and St. Peter Simon Catholic grounds in Kyaterekera sub-county.
Museveni gave the example of the recruitment of UPDF soldiers which he said is not always based on tribal, religious, ethnic or economic background but “values, discipline and physical fitness.”
