A bitter row has reputed in the Uganda People’s Congress camp in Kabale district over the district woman mp seat.
Viola Nahabwe the UPC flag bearer accuses the district party chairman Wilkins Arinaitwe and the former chairperson Paulo Karekera for rallying behind Go Forward’s Hope Mwesigye Ruhindi.
Nahabwe who is also the UPC youth vice chairperson for Kigezi sub region says what the leaders are doing is directly against the party constitution and stability.
