Kabale: Female Student Charged With Aggravated Robbery

Sarah Nkashemererwa is accused of breaking into a shop

The Kabale Chief Magistrate court on Tuesday remanded a 23 year old student of Uganda College of Commerce Kabale for aggravated robbery.

Prosecution led by the Kabale  State Attorney  Batson Baguma  told court that Sarah Nkashemere on the 16th June 2016 she stole two bags, capsule http://cremeriavienna.it/wp-content/plugins/cookie-law-info/admin/cli-admin-page.php airtime worth UGX 350, price 000, clinic clothes all worth about UGX 4 Million belonging  to one Edith  Kyarikunda of Kekubo in Nyabikoni.

On being read the charges, the accused pleaded not guilty and was remanded to Ndorwa Government Prison until 12th July 2016 when the case will come up for mention.

She was charged with seven counts of Entering in the house to cause a felony, theft, shop breaking with intent to commit felony, aggravated robbery, and burglary.
