Embattled former Jinja Deputy Resident District Commissioner, ampoule http://deal2deal.co.in/components/com_jshopping/tables/productfield.php Erick Ssakwa has Tuesday evening officially handed over office to Jinja District Internal Security Officer with a vow to continue fighting corrupt government officials.
Ssakwa was controversially transferred in a mini reshuffle shortly after the 54th independence celebrations that were held in Luuka District on allegations that he asked for accountability of the money collected by organizers from the corporate companies in Busoga.
He especially pinpointed the RDC of Luuka, Stephen Nsubuga Bewayo and the RDC of Butaleja Richard Gulume Balyainho for having misappropriated the funds.
However, he was transferred to Kumi District by the Minister for Presidency and also Women Member of Parliament for Luuka district Esther Mbayo in less than a week without naming his replacement.
Mr Ssakwa handed the office to DISO Obadiah Musimenta because his former boss the RDC of Jinja John Rex Achilla was out of office.
Ssakwa stunned revelers when he listed every item and equipment he handed over saying corruption, bribery, and misuse are rampant in Jinja yet he does not want to remain accountable for any public material especially for Jinja he has peacefully left.
He knelt down to appeal to fellow Resident District Commissioners all over to work together in implementing the president’s manifesto truthfully without fear or favor.
Ssakwa has since his transfer accused corrupt local politicians and the former DPC of Jinja Felix Mujizi for orchestrating the scheme for his transfer because he was obstructing their dubious and corrupt deals including land grabbing. Mujizi has also been transferred to Kumi as the district police commander.
“Even my brother the RDC Achilla seems to be behind my woes because he forced me out of office even before handing over and claimed the keys to my office, I have no problem with representing the president anywhere even if it means representing president in hell. I will go and fight the devil if it practices corruption” Ssakwa said.
