Plain textSTUNNING: Israel Releases More Pictures Of Mbabazi's Trip
Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi is well known in the NRM circles as a vibrant debater, no-nonsense politician and results-oriented manager.
Several NRM top shots have worked tooth and nail to oust him as Secretary General of the ruling party in vain.
Mbabazi has fought fearlessly against oil bribery and Temangalo scandals that threatened his political career.
He, however, wears a diplomatic face when on special foreign assignments.
Mbabazi last Sunday held meeting with several Israel government officials. In a meeting with Israel President Shimon Peres, Uganda’s Premier revealed our country’s progress in fighting LRA leader Joseph Kony and his bandits.
There are murmurs Mbabazi was sent alongside his wife Jacqueline to finalize Uganda’s negotiations for purchase of modern artillery at a time when Sudan is sponsoring another proxy war against Uganda.
Nevertheless, pictures released Saturday by Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs leave no shed of doubt Mbabazi had fun as he toured several cities with his wife and government delegates.
