GOSSIP: Bukenya Plotting Mbabazi Ousting
This is strange but could be true.
Word doing rounds in NRM circles is that sacked Vice President Prof. Gilbert Balibaseka Bukenya is the man in the shadows, speaking through fiery legislator Mohammed Nsereko. Insiders tell us Bukenya even bankrolled the campaigns of Nsereko for the Kampala seat.
The legislator has of recent caused a storm in the party as he relentless criticises the ruling organisation’s policies. We are told members in NRM have taken keen interest in Nsereko’s recent lashes at Premier Amama Mbabazi.
The youthful MP was the first to criticise President Yoweri Museveni for choosing Mbabazi for top slot.
In fact it’s rumoured that Bukenya is behind Nsereko’s plan of mobilising signatures to kick Mbabazi to censure Mbabazi over the leaked oil deals showing the latter accepted bribes from Tullow Oil.
