Kagame In Benin For AU Summit
President Paul Kagame and South Africa’s Jacob Zuma are among the almost 30 Heads of State and Government who have attended today’s Consultative meeting of the African Union (AU) in the Benin Capital Cotonou.

The two-day meeting will deliberate on implementing the decisions of the AU summits and also explore mechanisms for capacity building within the continental body among others.
Local people gathered at the Cotonou International Airport where they welcomed and entertained the visiting African Presidents.
President Yoweri Museveni missed out. He is Kenya on a two-day state visit.
