Exodus Attracts Fair Crowd @ Igwe Charity Show
Gospel singer Timothy Lubega alias Exodus, on Sunday evening put up a spirited performance at his gig dubbed Exodus in the Live Charity Concert at the Victoria Hall, Kampala Serena Hotel.
Unlike other gospel concerts held previously at the same venue, this one was not as well attended despite the presence of stars such as saxophonist Isaiah Katumwa and Isaac Rucci, formerly of Limit X.
The concert, according to organizers, which cost close to Shs80m, only realized about half of the amount with the VIP section with just a quarter of the prepared space occupied and a rather impressive number in the “general happiness wing.”
The show coordinator Richard Flava Sebaduka was at times spotted at the venue lost in thought. The proceeds that were realized, if any, will go to his charity.
