UTAMA Finally Launched @ The Hub

The long-awaited Uganda Talent Mangers Association (UTAMA) launch has finally come to pass at the hub on Oasis Mall, Kampala, on Tuesday morning.

UTA was launched on Tuesday at The Hub in Kampala

The association that will see talent managers work together was also hatched to give them a unified voice when issues like the ongoing copy rights law saga and the URA tax issues which raised storm a few weeks ago.

The Executive team comprises Emma Carlos, Shamim Byenkya and Bridgette, the manger of singer Jamal. Other members include Vianny of Viva Stars - and Isaac Ssemukade as the man behind their legal team.

However, there is talk already within the music industry that it is not well represented, considering the absence of managers of top talents Jose Chameleone, Bebe Cool and Bobi Wine.
