Kampala Go Green Drive Goes To Club Silk
If you thought that going green was all about being in the garden then you better think twice.
Kampala Go Green Festival boss Joseph Masembe last night took his going green vibe to Club Silk in Kampala where he and comedian Afande KereKere wooed the crowd to join the campaign and attend the function due August 12 at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
Masembe said Uganda is set to host the first ever environmental protection campaign in Africa where over 10,000 kids will receive seedlings to plant trees at their homes or schools.
“Come and see our incredible journey and be a part of history as the Pearl of Africa hosts the first of its kind green family fun festival hosted by Uganda's green superstar kids,” said Masembe.
