EXCLUSIVE: Bebe Cool Cancels US Music Tour Over Heart Attack
Singer Bebe Cool has Thursday checked at IHK Hospital in Namuwongo, Kampala, for treatment after falling victim to several heart attacks.
The singer told Chimp Corps at the medical facility that he had cancelled a music tour of United States which was set to kick off this weekend “in a bid to work on my health.”
“I have been having flights almost every two weeks since the year started. I really need to rest,” said Bebe, who looked knackered and weak.
He also, for the first time, revealed that during his recent concert in Canada, he suffered a heart attack in his hotel.
“You see now with these issues of my dad (who has also been sick), anything is possible if I proceed with these flights,” he said.
The singer was set to perform in California and Boston this weekend.
Then after, the Kamwako hit star was set to travel for the Uganda North America Atlantic Convention (UNAA) annual celebrations next week.
Bebe Cool says he had already bought tickets for the flight only to be advised by doctors to call off the trip.
“The doctor said travelling to United States takes 18 hours which is not healthy for me at this time.”
The shining star is also expected to fly to Australia on September 24.
