Evangelist Who Rose Nigerian From The Dead Set For Uganda crusade
Renowned evangelist Reinhard Bonnke is set to return to Uganda for a gospel crusade, Chimp Corps have learned.
The USA-based preacher is on record for raising a Nigerian man from the dead.
City preacher Apostle Alex Mitala has Thursday called upon all Ugandans to attend the five-day Uganda Jubilee Gospel Crusade starting June 6 at Makerere II Grounds, off Sir Apollo Kaggwa Road, near the northern bypass.
Reinhard first came to Uganda in 1989 and attracted a mammoth crowd at Kololo Air strip where he performed miracles, healing the sick.
He then returned to the country in 1990 for a crusade in Jinja town.
The crusade was disrupted by police.
Reinhard was born in Germany but now lives in the USA.
He is the founder of Christ For All Nations, a worldwide evangelistic ministry which mainly focuses on turning Africa to Christ.
The man of God is well known for the amazing ministry he has presided over all these years.
He is also renowned for having held the largest evangelistic crusades in Africa, at one time having over 1 million people in attendance.
This time round, Bonke, has chosen to come with his ministry’s successor, Evangelist Daniel Kolenda, whose preaching talent is already rocking the world.
Mitala says miracles, signs and wonders will be the order of the day.
Reinhard’s crusade was been coordinated by the Pentecostal umbrella fellowships in Uganda; the Nation Fellowship of Born Again Pentecostal Churches, the Evangelical Fellowship of Uganda and the Born Again Faith Federation among others.
