Plain textEXCLUSIVE: Bad Black Arrested Over Traffic Offence
City glamour girl Namuyimba Shanitah alias Bad Black has been detained at Kampala Central Police Station for knocking three people in Kampala.
The party animal has been defying police orders to appear for interrogation.
Kampala Metropolitan Police publicist Ibin Ssenkumbi says Bad Black last week rammed into a car occupied by three family members Isaac Itamba, his wife Fatumah Namusoke and their nine-years-old daughter Jamilah.
The incident occurred at Casablanca hangout along the Acacia Avenue.
Black was cruising a silver Mercedes Benz registration number UAM 833Z.
Itamba and Namusoke were rushed to Mulago Referral Hospital with broken legs.
The family later reported the matter at police.
Ssenkumbi says Black was today picked from the Anti-corruption Court premises.
“Bad Black is facing charges of reckless driving and causing bodily harm,” he said.
He told Chimpreports.com that police have been telephoning Bad Black to appear at police over the case in vain.
The arrest will heap misery on the troubled star considering that she is facing charges of corruption and embezzlement at the Anti-Corruption Court.
Black reportedly swindled a staggering Shs11b from a company she jointly-owned with British Lover David Greenhalgh.
