High Court Sets Date for Kasiwukira Widow’s Defense

ACCUSED: Sarah Nabikolo and Nakungu Sandrah

Kampala High court judge Justice Wilson Masalu Musene has set the 31st of August 2016 for Sarah Nabikolo Sebunya, drug http://creativecommons.org/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/sync/class.jetpack-sync-module-updates.php the widow to murdered businessman Eriya Bugembe Sebunya (Kasiwukira) and two other co accused are to start their defense on the charges of his murder.

The three were expected to start their defense today Monday but the trail judge happened to be absent.

The new hearing date which he fixed was pronounced to both Prosecution and Defense counsels by High court Registrar Mary Khainza.

Early this month Justice Musene ordered the three Sarah Nabikolo, visit web http://cheapcouriercomparison.com.au/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/mobile-push.php Sandrah Nakungu and Police officer Ashraf Jadeni (her sister) to prepare their defense after ruling that the state had produced in court evidence pinning them with substantial matters which they needed to clear up by giving their side.

Prosecution alleges that on October 17th  2014 in Muyenga Diplomatic Zone, Kampala District Nabikolo, Nakungu Sandra and Ashraf Jadeni murdered Kasiwukira  as he was on his early morning physical exercises along the road leading to his Muyenga home.
