Bahati says upon completion of the new cancer institute at Mulago National Referral Hospital in the next two years, http://debiontheweb.com/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/text.php government will embark on building regional cancer institutes in the four regional hospitals of Kabale, http://chubeast.com/components/com_k2/templates/default/itemform.php Mbale, Mbarara and Gulu.
The minister made the revelation last Sunday while speaking to mourners at the requiem service of David Skyluck Kagoma, the former Kabale district Councilor that was held at St Andrew Church of Uganda Kibuga in Rubaya Sub County.
Kagoma represented Rubaya sub county at the district council for 15 years until he lost the seat in the March 2016 polls. He succumbed to cancer on Friday in Kampala.
At the service, one of his daughters Flavia Kyomukama was unhappy that government instead investing more in the health sector was wasting resources on fighting its political opposition.
Mourners described David Skyluck Kagoma as statesman, a great educationalist and a man with integrity who worked hard to develop Kabale district.
Kagoma who died aged 77, left behind seven children. His body was laid to rest at his ancestral home in Kibuga, Rubaya sub county, Kabale district .
