Uganda Cranes captain Geofrey Massa has switched from Bloemfontein Celtics to newly promoted Absa Premiership side Baroka FC.
The Ugandan has had a disappointing season at the Free States club starting only one game this year.
He has signed a one year contract deal but with an option of a further one year extension based on his performance.
“I am happy to sign with the club. Am in Johannesburg and hope to begin work immediately, no rx http://clipvoice.it/administrator/components/com_menus/controllers/items.php ” Massa confirmed.
Baroka club CEO Morgan Mamilla told Kickoff that the team was happy to sign the Cranes captain and hailed Celtic for a good working relation.
“For Massa to come to us there was sort of a brotherhood agreement. He has signed for two years. It’s one plus a one-year option but we are going to exercise the option, information pills http://colosseo.com.br/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/functions.php ” he said.
Massa joined Celtics after a successful year spell at the University of Pretoria where he scored eight times.
“Massa is a hungry player when you compare him to other strikers. Now it’s time for him to prove that he can play because he wasn’t playing regularly at Celtic. He said he wants to play and remember he is a captain of a national team. All the players are looking up to him. So it’s a challenge for him but I think he will do well.”
