Defending champions, website http://ciprs.cusat.ac.in/wp-includes/class-wp.php Kawempe Muslim showed they are still a force to reckon with as they began the season with an emphatic win over London stallions.

Kawempe thumped Stallions 7-0 in a game played on Saturday at the valley grounds to start the third edition of the Fufa Women Elite league in style.

Last season’s MVP, Hasifah Nassuna, lanky forward Nambatya Favour and Juliet Nalukenge all grabbed a brace apiece while right back Viola Namuddu too registered her name on the score sheet to complete the rout.

Nassuna opened the scores before Nambatya, Nalukenge and Namuddu added a goal apiece for Kawempe to take a comfortable 4-0 halftime lead.

Kawempe scored three more goals after recess to cruise to a comfortable 7-0 win with Nassuna, Nalukenge and Nambatya adding a goal each to complete their braces.

The result means Kawempe Muslim lead Elizabeth group on 3 points In the other games played on Saturday.

In the Victoria group, Ajax Queens registered their second win defeating Olila women 3-1. New recruit Bridget Nabisaalu, Carol Nakyanzi and Annet Namwenge scored for Ajax Queens while Fazila Ikwaput pulled one back for Olila.

Sheebah Zalwango scored on her début for Gafford Ladies but her goal was not enough for her team to register maximum points with the game ending 1-1 Action continues on Sunday with Kampala Queens playing at home to Muteesa I Royal University in Rubaga.
