Buganda Road Court Chief Magistrate Lilian Buchana has given bail to Robert Shaka, viagra 39, discount who was last week remanded at Luzira prison on charges of violating the right to privacy of President Museveni.

Shaka was instructed to deposit his passport with court and also pay shs2m cash for bail.

Should Shaka fall short of honouring the bail terms, sureties will each pay Shs5m.

The social media critic who is a resident of Kiwatule Kutaano, in Kiira Division, was last week arrested by police and detained at Special Investigations Unit (SIU) headquarters in Kireka, Kampala.

Shaka denied the charge of offensive communication which the state said he “wilfully and repeatedly committed between 2011 and 2015.”

Prosecution further submitted that Shaka, “an Information Technology specialist disguised as Tom Voltaire Okwalinga, with the help of a computer and with no purpose of legitimate communication unlawfully posted on social media (Facebook) statements regarding the health condition of president Museveni.”

The case has been pushed to June 30 for hearing.

The Federation of Uganda Football Associations, sale Fufa, buy through its Referees Standing Committee (FRSC) has named the match officials to take charge of the controversial Uganda cup replay pitting SC Villa against KCCA Fc set for Tuesday, June 16 at the Mandela national stadium, Namboole.

According to Mr. Sam Mpiima, the Chairman FRSC, Alex Muhabi will be the overall boss manning the match and will be assisted by Mr. Hussein Bugembe and Mr. Ronald Katenya as the first and second assistants respectively.

Joseph Ochom will act as the Fourth official while Mr Haruna Mawanda will be the Match Assessor.

Fufa Vice President Mr Darius Mugoye will assume the Match Commissioner’s role.

Mr Mpiima also assured fans of higher levels of discipline and performance and professionalism from the selected officials.

“We want to assure our football fans that the referees will do their best to give a good show tomorrow. We are mindful of the past and we do not want to see a recurrence of the mistakes. May the best team win,” he assured.

The match was earlier on abandoned after fan invasion by KCC Fc fans, in Ntungamo, who were protesting a string of unbiased officiation by the referee of the day, one and only Robert Donney.

SC Villa were leading by a lone goal by Erisa Sekisambu from a dubious penalty awarded in the second half.
