The Anti-Corruption court has charged city Businessman John Imaniraguha who was found in possession of over 13000 liters of none-customed diesel. Imaniraguha is a co-director of Fuelex Uganda Ltd.
Imaniraguha was recently intercepted and arrested at Entebbe International Airport by Uganda Revenue Authority officials while he tried to flee the country
Prosecution led by Peter Muliisa alleges that on the 15th/April/2016 at Fuelex Petrol Station in Rubaga division, symptoms http://chuntaritos.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-pagenavi/scb/load.php Imaniraguha together with his other 2 co- directors who are still at large were found in possession of the uncleared fuel valued at 12.9 million shillings.

His lawyer Terrence Kavuma convinced court to grant him bail after informing court that his client suffers from a chronic respiratory disease which is associated with living in congested and poorly ventilated houses adding that his condition can worsen while on remand at Luzira prison.
The magistrate granted Imaniraguha a cash bail of 6 million shillings while his three sureties were each been ordered to execute a court bond of 10 million shillings to ensure that the accused returns to court as and to when he is required.
The court also ordered Imaniraguha to deposit his passport to court as one of the means to monitor his movements.
