ChimpReports has exclusively learnt that the hot impromptu meeting is scheduled at State House Entebbe where the party Chairman, http://construction-cloud.com.au/wp-includes/class-walker-category-dropdown.php President Yoweri Museveni has also invited the former Prime Minister, Mbabazi.
According to CEC sources, the meeting shall have only a single agenda which is the declaration of Mbabazi`s aspirations for the party`s top job, Chairmanship and later the party`s flag bearer for the coming presidential elections in 2016.
“We are meeting tomorrow (Friday) to iron out the premature activities by one (Mbabazi) of our senior party members. NRM is a party of discipline and we don’t want anyone to propagate something that will take us back. We can`t allow it.” One of the CEC members who asked not to be named since he is not supposed to speak to press says.
It should be remembered that at the height of Mbabazi`s debate in 2014, President Museveni stopped the CEC members from speaking to the media about party organ`s activities.
On Monday morning, Mbabazi who had kept the country puzzled for a long time finally declared his presidential ambitions through a recorded video that was also uploaded on different social media platforms.
To prove it more to the doubting Thomases, Mbabazi formally penned to the Electoral Commission introducing himself as the aspiring presidential candidate.
“In accordance with S.3 of the Presidential Elections Act (16 of 2005), this is to introduce myself as an aspiring candidate for president for the 2016 general elections,” part of the letter addressed direct to the EC Chairman, Dr. Badru Kigundu says.
Mbabazi is also set to start a nationwide consultation tour starting from Eastern Uganda on 9th July this year.
On Monday in a meeting with President Museveni after his declaration, Mbabazi refused to withdraw his announced when asked by the party chairman.

Many CEC members like Soroti Municipality Member of Parliament, Mike Mukula who is also the party Vice Chair for Eastern Uganda disagreed with Mbabazi`s announcement saying he should have used the party structure.
