Dott Services, about it http://claude-nicaud.com/new/wp-includes/customize/class-wp-customize-header-image-control.php a road construction company which was recently dragged to the Commercial Court by Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) seeking recovery of billions of shillings has retaliated by suing back the roads authority.
In this application before the same court, http://contenthog.com/pr/wp-includes/class-wp-tax-query.php Dott Services Ltd is seeking payment of over 10billion shillings for reconstruction works on the Tororo-Mbale Road.
The company alleges that on 2nd/October 2010, UNRA through its former Legal representative Marvin Baryaruha signed a contract with Dott Services to reconstruct 103 Kilometers on Tororo- Mbale road but up to date UNRA has never paid them.
The Road construction company says it has now registered losses because this money has taken over 6years without being paid.
It will be recalled that Dott services Ltd is one of the road construction firms whose services the UNRA commission of inquiry recommended to blacklist due to lack of machinery and capacity to carry out construction works.
Commercial Court registrar Thaddeus Opesene has summoned UNRA ordering it to file it’s defense in court within 15days.
