The company, in a February 11th statement clarified that all rent payments are made at any DFCU bank (former Crane Bank) contrary to reports that the company accepts cash payments.
“We would like to inform all of you that allegations in the market in regard to Crane Management Limited are not true and as per our company policy, we don’t accept cash payments,” the statement reads in part.
“All payments are to be deposited in Crane Management Services limited (Rent Account) in DFCU Bank (former Crane Bank) account numbers; 01983501009355 and 02983501001878.”
Crane Management Limited is a subsidiary of a bigger Ruparelia Group of companies whose business interests lie in Hospitality, Real estate, Banking, insurance, Education among others.
Among some of the top structures under the Management of CMS include; the Kampala Boulevard, Hard ware plaza, The cube among others.
The company explained that the policy of paying rent at the bank is meant to ensure smooth operations.
“All rent payments must be banked by tenants who then produce bank deposition slip to the accounts department at our registered office; 4th floor, Crane Chambers, Plot 38, Kampala road where you will collect receipt for your records.”
