ChimpReports understands that Kaheebwa and Ayebare were taken to court under a private prosecution arrangement instituted by a court bailiff identified as David Ssemanda.
Kajjansi court ordered the officers to appear on September 5.

Ssemanda went ahead to petition the High Court‘s execution division seeking orders to arrest the police officers for contempt of court orders.
Justice Flavia Anglin also ordered the duo to appear before her on the August 30.
