Kampala City Hall court has issued a warrant of arrest against city businessman Hassan Basajjabalaba and two Tabliq Muslim leaders for causing nuisance at the Queen’s Way Tabliq Mosque.

Grade one magistrate Moses Nabende issued the warrant after Basajja and the co- accused who defied court on several occasions when they were summoned over the matter.
The court records indicate that Basajja with his co-accused persons came and took plea in December last year but to date they have never come back for the hearing of the case.
The magistrate ordered police to arrest Basajjabalaba, Hajji Abdul Musanje and a one Hajji Mbuga not later that 25th August 2016
