Commercial Court Judge Henry Peter Adonyo has dismissed with costs the case in which Meddie Sentongo a former boyfriend to city socialite Shanita Namuyimbwa commonly known as Bad Black was accused of defrauding Daveshan Company of 11 billion shillings.

The judge noted that Bad Black, who was the key witness in the case, was telling lies because she had earlier informed the Court that she never had any dealing with Meddie, but later claimed when withdrew the money in question, she passed it to him.
The judge further ruled that there was no proof that Meddie received any money from Bad Black. Court also noted that Daveshan Company was not registered and was operating illegally.
Daveshan Company together with its director David Greenhalgh dragged Meddie and Bad Black to Commercial Court seeking orders compelling them to refund the stolen money.
During the trial, Bad Black admitted the offence and she was turned into a witness against Meddie.
