Early last week Nsamba was released on bail from Luzira where he was remanded on 9thDecember last year after presenting to court sureties and exceptional circumstances warranting him to be released on bail

Prosecution alleges that between 8th September and 26th October, Nsamba posted offensive communication on Facebook with intent to disturb the peace of the president. It further alleges that Nsamba defamed the person of the president with the same Facebook post.
