Hearing of the bail application filed in by Sarah Nabikolo, sildenafil http://danmarknorge.org/wp-includes/category-template.php the widow to the murdered city businessman Eriya Bugembe Sebunya, and two of her co accused flopped today before the High court Judge Wilson Masalu Museni due to his tight schedule.
Nabikolo who is on remand at Luzira Prison with her sister Sandrah Nakungu and a police officer Ashraf Jadeni for the alleged murder of Kasiwukira, came to court ready for the hearing of their bail application only to be told that the trial judge wasn’t available.
In a meeting held in the judge’s chambers, Justice Musene informed the accused that he wouldn’t be available today due to the ongoing judge’s seminar at Nakawa and thus adjourned the matter to Wednesday this week.
Last month Nabikolo filed an application in High court reapplying for bail on grounds that she has serious diseases including Hyptension, HIV/AIDS and Diabetes which need special treatment that can’t be accessed in Luzira Prison.
She says the hearing of the case in the High Court has delayed since May 2015 when she was committed and that State has not taken steps to speed it up.

FDC Presidential Candidate Dr Kizza Besigye has warned against propaganda reportedly peddled in rural areas that war will break out if President Museveni is defeated in the 2016 elections.
“Museveni is now too old to wage war, viagra sale http://deltaalphapihonorsociety.org/wp-includes/class-walker-comment.php ” said Besigye as he took his campaign trail to Northern Uganda on Monday.
“How can he fight?” he wondered.
“Don’t listen to threats that if Museveni loses this election, he will take to the bush. He went there when he had nothing. Now he is wealthy and contented,” alleged the former NRA political commissar while addressing a mini-rally at Nora Trading Centre in Oyam district.
Museveni has repeatedly warned opposition that attempts to rig the election through intimidation or otherwise would attract the wrath of the armed forces.
Some senior security officials have as well warned that acts of violence will not be tolerated.
Gen Kale Kayihura denied reports of the NRM government refusing to hand over power after being defeated.
Besigye said Museveni’s support in the region is dwindling and that if he waged war very people would support him.
Asked by residents how the FDC votes will be protected, Besigye said he expects to defeat the incumbent in the first round with a heavy knockout.
“Museveni and the Electoral Commission will not survive the first round. There will be no second round. How can a referee announce someone on the ground as winner when the victorious challenger is standing?”
Besigye, who has thrice lost to Museveni in contested elections, visited the family of the late Simple Odok who died in a motor accident while campaigning for Oyam LC5 Councillor on FDC ticket.
He consoled the family of the deceased.
