The former FDC Presidential candidate Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye has called for Ugandans to realize first that they are being led by a dictator, viagra 60mg http://davescheapbikes.com/wp-admin/includes/admin.php for only then will they rise and join him in the fight to end it.
Besigye, who on four occasions has unsuccessfully attempted to topple the government of President Yoweri Museveni, told residents of Mbarara on Wednesday during the party workshop at the catholic social center, that time had come for them to look around and appreciate that Uganda was being led to the wrong direction.
“You must first accept there is dictatorship in this country before joining in this struggle,” he said
Besigye proceeded to explain to the meeting that he chose the “peaceful means” of struggle, unlike the NRA which opted for guns.
“You can call it robbery, but in the 1980s we robbed banks to get finances to facilitate the protracted people’s war,” he said.
Robbery, killings, even a coup are all forms of struggle but we chose only the non violent (defiance) means to overthrow the dictator”
He charged all FDC party supporters to protest and reject the regime through boycott, so as to frustrate it.
“Imperialists were fought by boycotts in Uganda; and many governments have failed not by use of guns but by being shunned by their people” Besigye said.
