Forum for Democratic Change Presidential candidate Col Dr Kizza Besigye has sent out a message to Muslims in the country, doctor http://cdaink.com.br/wp-admin/includes/class-theme-installer-skin.php wishing then happy Eid El Fitr celebrations, ask slated for tomorrow Wednesday.
Unlike in the previous message he sent out from Luzira Prison where he is on remand for treason, diagnosis the Iddi message was typed and signed by Dr Besigye rather than handwritten.
It was spread out through emails by party officials before it appeared on Dr Besigye’s official twitter handle.
The message read; “I congratulate our Muslim brothers and sisters on successfully completing the holy month of Ramadhan.
“Ugandan Muslims are known for their generosity, they make an invaluable contribution to our country from education, hospitality, health care, business, sports and political leadership.
“As we all come together with Muslims to pray and feast, we should reflect and celebrate the values that make us one Uganda one people.
“May Allah bring you joy, peace and shared prosperity on this blessed occasion.”
By publication time, it was still unclear how the opposition strongman channeled this message against the regulations of the Prison.
At the start of the month of Ramadhan, Dr Besigye attempted to send out a message to the Muslims in the country, but his letter was withheld by the Prison Authorities.
The Prison rules bar inmates from sending out messages to members of the public.
The Prisons spokesperson Frank Baine was unavailable to explain how Besigye channeled the Eid message. His phone seemed to be roaming from South East Asia.
Earlier Mr. Baine had warned Besigye against treating Luzira Prison like his home, by demanding preferential treatment.
