The Rukungiri Grade One Magistrates court on Wednesday remanded a 20 year old man to Rukungiri Prison for breaking into the home of jailed former FDC Presidential candidate Col Dr Kizza Besigye.
The Court presided over by the Rukungiri grade one magistrate Christopher Tindebwa Adyeri, erectile http://coronaextra.com.au/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_basic_gallery/mixin.nextgen_basic_gallery_controller.php heard from Rukungiri resident state attorney Peter Muhendo that Andrew Ngabirano 20, on 4th June 2016, without permission broke into the home of Besigye in Rwakabengo village with the intention to steal.
Ngabirano is a resident of Kakabada Northern ward Rukungiri Municipality and a known television and radio mechanic in Rukungiri town.
During the break-in, the accused according to prosecution destroyed Dr Besigye’s property including his door glasses and the water system.
On being read the charges, Ngabirano pleaded not guilty to both of them, and the magistrate Tindebwa remanded him to Rukungiri central prison till 6th July 2016 when he is not appear in court for further mention of the case.
Peter Muhendo the Rukungiri state attorney told court that investigations in the case were completed and that they are ready for the hearing of the case.
