Beach Soccer: MUBS, Dalumbs Fail Quarter Final Test, Stomers Through

Miami Cops (red), Uhuru titans and Kampala city all stars have been relegated

Just a week after elimination from the coveted University football league, price Makererere University Business School (MUBS) has also been dumped out of the Pepsi National Beach soccer league from the quarter finals.

The defending champions lost 4-2 to the Stomers with a brace from Swaibu Kakwaya and two own goals by Isma Kawawulo. Ben Ocen and Joachim Goloba consoled the students.

Sulaiman Ocher and Baker Lukooya smashed a hattrick apiece as St. Lawrence University stunned KIU 10-3 to win the battle of the elites. Emma Kalyowa grabbed a brace in the game.

Kabalagala Rangers survived the relegation scare in style thrashing debutants Kampala City All Stars 8-1. The city lads join Miami Cops and Uhuru Titans down the drain.

St.Lawrence will take on Stomers in the first semifinal schedule while Nkumba tussle out Real Galacticals.

The semis and finals will take place on Saturday 28th May at the Lido beach in Entebbe.
