The Jogoos however returned a changed side after recess and Tabu got on the score sheet for the third time this season netting from close range after a quick exchange with Alex Kitata.

Tabu connected well with Kitata to race past Ayub Kiiza before driving a low shot that went past Soana’s goalkeeper to salvage a point for the home side.

The result means, SC Villa remain the only unbeaten side in the league occupying second spot on 12 points in six games while Soana dropped from second to fourth but have the same points as SC Villa albeit playing a game more.

SC Villa now embark on a trip to the West Nile town of Arua where they will play against Onduparaka on Saturday.
