Bul FC produced an uninspired performance as they suffered another setback in a 3-0 defeat at home against Soana FC.

Willy Kavuma ushered Soana’s party after pouncing on a baggy ball from Mukobe and Mugalu’s miscommunication and dashed towards the ball before arrowing a powerful midrange shot which Kalyowa clumsily aided it in.

Coach Ssimbwa was later on forced to introduce Rahamutah Kagimu for Abdallah Nyanzi who failed to recover after a poor tackle.

Crespo Asiku scored his second goal against his former masters in two league meetings, page converting a penalty in the 40th minute.

Earlier on, thumb Derrick Walulya stumbled and failed to clear off danger giving chance for Kalanda to pick up and dribble past Ssempira who fouled him inside the box for the penalty.

Bul made three changes in the second half introducing Shaka Ssozi, visit this Amos Ejoju and Julius Malingumu but it was Soana’s 67th minute new entrant Dan Wagaluka who was effective with the closing goal.

Soana had initiated a speedy counter from a failed corner kick which snaked through Mugabi to Kagimu and ended in the right wing where Wagaluka crossed with in the middle line and raced the entire distance to the box and slotted past a helpless Kawoya.

Soana move to 23 points while BUL drop back to the relegation zone.
