Traffic was interrupted this morning along Kampala Jinja Road as Police is battled with a number of Bodaboda riders for pulling down KCCA’s sign posts indicating the designated Bodaboda stages; a the plan which most of them oppose to.
The large group of cyclists which was moving around putting down the newly erected road signs were arrested near Uganda House on Jinja Road.
Police was tipped off that a violent mob was destroying KCCA signs in the areas of Wandegeya, health http://civilianpeaceservice.ca/wp-includes/class-snoopy.php Kitante and the city center.
Central Police Station DPC Michael Musana noted, buy information pills “We are not going to tolerate such violence in the city center, purchase we have so far arrested four bodaboda riders and impounded a number of motorcycles. We will trace their owners and charge them for vandalism.”
The arrested people together with their bikes have been taken to Central Police Station.
Former Bul FC danger man and long serving captain Crespo Asiku has joined Soana Fc on a two year long deal.
The lanky forward joined the Kavumba-based side as a free-agent after he was earlier on released by Bul Fc. Asiku was released together with his assistant captain Herbert Kakande and another long serving defender Asuman Bajjampola.

The Cranes striker scored a massive 37 goals for the club in his four seasons and was also Bul Fc’s joint league top scorer (the other was Milton Kalisa) with five goals leading the team to the fifth position. The last time he appeared in the national team was during the last edition of the Africa Nations Championships (Chan).

Soana Fc survived relegation on the last day after defeating Police Fc in the Kavumba derby by a single goal ending the league on the 13th position with 34 points.
