Afrigo Band to Celebrate 40th Anniversary in London

Undoubtedly Uganda’s most respected live band performers, the Endongo Semadongo stars will be performing alongside Ekitone singer, Desire Luzinda, MC Moseh and several other Ugandan artistes.

Speaking to ChimpLyf, the organizer of the event, Johnson Mujungu of Grajoh Talent Management and Public Relations Ltd said that the team was especially overwhelmed by the number of Ugandans living outside the UK that had already booked tickets for the Easter Weekend Concert.

To this effect, Mujungu disclosed that they had even contracted several Heathrow Airport pick up service providers to ensure that clients from the rest of Europe would feel at home while in London for the show.

At the show that is to be hosted by celebrated TV host, Nancy Mugga, the multi award winning Afrigo Band that is going to be headlining the concert is expected to perform the most popular of their dozens of hits that they have made since 1975.

Sources reveal that plans are already underway to fly the entire band and their equipment to the British capital a week before the mega event that is expected to take place at the Royal Regency Hotel on Saturday March 28th starting 8:00 PM.
