28 days to the kickoff of the 2017 African cup of Nations that will take place in Gabon starting 14 January to 05 February.

13 teams qualified as group leaders while two best runners up across the 13 groups also qualified to make a total of 15 teams that joined hosts Gabon.

Group leaders included; Tunisia, DR Congo, Mali,Burkina Faso,Guinea Bissau, Morocco,Ghana,Egypt, Ivory Coast, Algeria, Senegal, Zimbabwe and Cameroon.

Uganda and Togo qualified as the best two runners up across the 13 qualifying groups.

Group A

Tunisia qualified as group leaders in Group A with 13 points.

Played 6 games, won 4, drew one and lost one scoring 16 goals while conceding just three.
