Ghana players celebrate Andre Ayew's goal against Uganda.

Black Stars coach Avram Grant has made only one change to the team that defeated Uganda Cranes in the opening group D match last Tuesday. The stars play Mali in the first game on Saturday evening at the Stade Port Gentil.

Frank Acheampong starts in the left back position which he featured for 50 minutes on Tuesday after coming on to replace injured Schalke O4 left back Baba Rahman.

Leicester’s Daniel Amartey will continue his partnership with John Boye in central defense as Harrison Afful patrols the right win. Razak Braimah will be in goal.

Captain Asamoah Gyan and the Ayew brothers have been tasked with unlocking Mali defense.
