As he addressed journalists on Thursday in Kampala, Kaujju noted: “Failure to comply, KCCA will execute them to courts of laws.” The deadline for the notice is May 5, 2013.
“KCCA wants them to create the parking space to their buildings and reduce on congestion in the city since their customers park in Kampala pavements,” he added.
Kaujju further noted that last year, the authority suggested an introduction of fines to all property owners who violet city plans.
He also revealed that KCCA recently rejected the expansion of Christ the King Church in Kampala submitted in 2011 because it violated city plans.
