The under-funded body needs Sh. 55 million to make the trip a reality.

Top seed Zawedde is currently engaged in securing sponsorship deals from individuals and corporate firms and probably represent Uganda alone in China.

The tournament takes 2nd slot on the International Woodball calendar and it contributes to the World Rankings to which Zawedde is the only Ugandan on the latest list of world body rankings with added points.
