The full list of confirmed clubs includes El Merriekh (Sudan), APR (Rwanda), Simba (Tanzania Mainland), Elman (Somalia), Al Hilal (Sudan), Tusker (Tusker), El Nasr (South Sudan), Super Falcons (Zanzibar), Young Africans (Tanzania Mainland) – Defending champs, Express (Uganda), Vital’O (Burundi) and Ports (Djibouti).
