“Constitutional Square should be a place where most people go to relax after a day’s hard work as well as wait on their colleagues from villages; however, this is no longer the case. People are denied access to this place except police officers who are always sleeping there day and night,” noted Nyabongo.
He has promised to mobilize all Ugandans to demonstrate as a way of re-claiming access to this public property that is provided for by the constitution of this country.
On the other hand, Nyabongo warned to sue Chairman Electoral Commission, Eng. Dr. Badru Kiggundu for the defamatory statement he made threatening to deregister some political parties in the country.
Nyabongo stressed that after Kiggundu acknowledging that he has no legal authority to deregister political parties, he should withdraw all he said before the public.
“If Kiggundu doesn’t re-instate his statements, am soon taking him to courts of law for defamation,” added Kyabongo.
